Under Balance > Withdraw you pick a method: IBAN, Papara or USDT (TRON/TRC20, Ethereum/ERC20, BNB Smart Chain/BEP20).
Each method's minimum and estimated time are shown on screen. The fee is currently zero; if a fee is introduced, the “you receive” line shows it.
For crypto withdrawals pay attention to the NETWORK. Funds sent on a different network cannot be recovered.
Security: we ask for your password again on a withdrawal request, plus your app code if two-factor is on — so a stolen session cannot withdraw on its own.
Your request is listed as “requested”; you get a notification when it is paid or rejected. A rejected withdrawal is returned to your balance.
